Galligaskins specializes in moderate to high-end apparel, gifts and accessories. AIDEA's share of the financing was $1.03 million. Galligaskins' location and higher-end attractiveness have created a strong appeal for both local and tourism markets in Juneau. Galligaskins employs 11 year-round staff and 30 seasonal staff.
